�� Vacation Notice: August 17–21

I will be out of the office enjoying some time away from Monday, August 17 through Friday, August 21.

During that week, I will have limited access to the patient portal. Portal messages will be checked on Tuesday and Thursday for urgent matters only. Non-urgent messages will be responded to when I return to the office the following week.

If you have an urgent medical concern, please contact your physician.
